As the Director of Marketing for the Investment Operations Syed Masrur was responsible for developing and implementing process flow, operational procedures, and associated governance for investment information across a global organization in conformance with best practices and investment marketing requirements. Syed Masrur needed to possess the knowledge and understanding of trading operations, investment instruments, securities accounting, and underlying data needs important for driving reporting or derived information. This position required him to take responsibilities of translating business requirements from a variety of consumers into sustainable solutions for satisfying information needs. Syed Masrur is a strategically thinking person who is also able and willing to handle tactical responsibilities of this position.
Responsible for developing long-term commercially based strategies for Tata Steel in key market sectors by building envelope markets including UK, Russia, France and developing internal and external partnerships and joint marketing strategies in the sector for multiple product types. Working closely with customers, service providers and others with whom we can develop partnerships to deliver robust supply chains in key market through strategic Acquisitions & Mergers.
